Current Candidates

NannyCare Connections places long-term full-time, summer and travel nannies. Our goal is to simplify the hiring process for busy parents in their quest for ideal in-home care. Our nanny candidates are primarily from the Midwest. They are required to have childcare experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least five references. We conduct thorough background checks and the interview process is extensive. We prefer an in-person interview with the families to gain a full understanding of their needs and lifestyle. NannyCare Connections strives to help create the most ideal partnership between the nanny and the parent(s) in order to provide children with safe, healthy, and nurturing experiences. NannyCare Connections is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the International Nanny Association.
